Background
Hi, I'm Aubin! I’m a design student at The University of Texas at Austin pursuing a BFA in Design with a Certificate in Humanitarian Engineering, driven by the challenge of translating complex systems into accessible, human-centered experiences.Alongside my studies, I work as an undergraduate research assistant in the Cockrell School of Engineering’s nuclear department and serve as a principal designer at FrontRow, a startup recognized by Poets&Quants as one of the most disruptive of 2025. Needless to say, I am passionate about a lot of things.
Outside of design, I enjoy practicing multigenre violin pieces, trying new coffee shops, and rollerblading.
I also love engaging with the design community around me! I worked at a craft store in high school and I enjoy having the perspective of a consumer, employee, and creator.
Part of this community engagement is teaching! I had the honor of working at Duke University as a summer programs Teaching Associate.
